i really dislike shopping in luxury beauty halls in like Tangs or Isetan.
WHY?
coz the staff are forever damn stuck up.
very very awful and excruciating experience especially when you are forking out
more $$$ for their product than other less high end products
and they give you shit service.
worse service if you use vouchers.
I USE VOUCHERS.
and wth they do their practiced dignified snort when i fished out my vouchers.
snatched all of it and look at me with their nostrils flaring at me.
WHAT'S WRONG WITH USING VOUCHERS?
i am afterall still a customer!
irritating saleswoman: because these vouchers are not money and thus you will be getting my products for free. I am so unwilling to let u use vouchers!!!

WHEN A CAUCASIAN WOMAN CAME,
uttered a single sentence bout the eyeshadow
AND SHE WAS LED TO A CHAIR AND THEY DID TESTING MAKEUP ON HER.
WHAT THE HELL SERIOUSLY.
i cannot help but feel insulted.
and it was racist.
when i asked how to test the eyeliner
no the person did not draw for me.
im okay with that.
she pointed at the brush with that THIS IS OBVIOUS THE BRUSH face
and expected me to take it and test.
how am i supposed to know that is the brush with so so so many
similar looking brushes!??!
and i hate HATE those that dun give at least tissue after testing.
only when my mom said wanna get this and that den she gave
ONLY MY MOM some tissue with minimal makeup removal.
cant u ppl be more generous and give sufficient to clean!!
and when she knew we were paying by vouchers,
she literally gave us the evil eye lahh!!!!!

they were not as snobbish as sg sales ppl.
